This website is owned and operated by Lumen Spark LLC. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors while they interact with the content, products and services on this site (the "Site", "Alau.me", "we" or "us")). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. It does not apply to other websites to which we link. Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we want you to understand what information we collect about you, how we collect it, how that information is used, and how you can control our disclosure of it. What Information Do We Collect?

The information we gather enables us to personalize, improve and continue to operate the Services. In connection with certain aspects of the Services, we may request, collect and/or display some of your Personal Information. We collect the following types of information from our users.

Sign-In Information

In order to fully access this Site, you must first complete the registration process, during which we will collect personal information about you. The information will include your username, email address and password. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you except when you specifically provide such information to us on a voluntary basis. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Service, but only rarely when we feel such information is important.

Referral Information

Alau.me, among other services, allows you to create short referral links pointing to your application on the App Store, or a custom promotion page, and then track the resulting app installs. This feature requires that you integrate Alau.me Client Library API with your mobile application (the app). Once integrated, Alau.me API will track app installs by sending the following information to our servers :

• Cryptographic Hash (SHA-256) of Alau.me device identifiers, from devices on which the app was opened. Note that Alau.me does not use the [UIDevice uniqueIdentifier] function, which has been deprecated in iOS 5.0.
• IP address and time at which either the alau.me referral link or the app was accessed.
• User email address in case it was voluntarily provided by the user of your app, and sent to us using Alau.me API as part of the reward redemption process.

This information enables us to record referrals and protect against fraud. We may also use various methods to detect if a device is jailbroken and possibly exclude it from referral counts. We generate the alau.me referral links and associate them with the URL of the promotion page that you've provided, and your account. We also collect and store the time and date at which the referral links were created (either through our website or the API).

We do not share this information with anyone and this data is transmitted securely using SSL encryption and stored in Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) data center, using industry standard protection mechanisms. This information will only be made available to law enforcing agencies.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Alau.me uses cookies to store visitor's preferences and to record session information. We do not and will not use cookies to collect private information from any user that such user did not intentionally submit to us.

Other Information Collected Automatically

The Site automatically collects usage information, such as the number and frequency of visitors. We may use this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that would identify you personally. This type of aggregate data enables us and third parties authorized by us to figure out how often individuals use parts of the Services so that we can analyze and improve them.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We only use your personal information for the original purposes it was given. Your personal information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without your approval at the time of collection.

We will not disclose, use, give or sell any personal information to third parties for any purposes other than to our suppliers and other third parties who need to know it in order to deliver services on behalf of Lumen Spark LLC, unless required to do so by law. Further, we reserve the right to contact you regarding matters relevant to the underlying service provided and/or the information collected.

Please note that personally identifiable information is used only to provide you with a more enjoyable, convenient online experience. We use your personally identifiable information to support and enhance your use of the Site and its features, including without limitation: fulfilling your order; providing customer service; and otherwise supporting your use of the Site.

We are not liable or responsible for the personally identifiable or other information you choose to submit in forums or any other publicly accessible area of the site.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We take appropriate security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. Please note that Lumen Spark LLC will need to verify that you have the authority to delete the Account, and activity generated prior to deletion will remain stored by Alau.me and may be publicly accessible.
