What exactly is a Registered Device?
Alau.me keeps track of all the installs of your app, regardless if they are referred or not, so the number of registered devices is simply the total number of unique devices on which your app was installed and run on.
What happens when I reach device count limit?
When you reach the maximum number of registered devices under a given plan, Alau.me simply stops counting your app registrations. Referral tracking restarts automatically as soon as you upgrade. Please note that the annual plans are non-recurring. You will need to renew your plan a year after the purchase.
What happens the following year if I don't use up my device count quota?
Your unused device count simply rolls over to the following year. For example, say that you purchase the 500K plan (our most popular option for free apps), but you end your one year plan with 400K registered devices. In this case, you can purchase any premium plan to continue using Alau.me for another year. So if you decide on the 250K plan, then your new device count limit will be 750K (of which 400K will already be used from the previous year).
